Preorder Schedule

Below is a typical weekly schedule for Hillbilly Bread Co. Loaves are made to order and baked the day of pickup.

Preorders open - starting Monday at 8am and running through Thursday at 4pm.
All orders will then be confirmed via text/email.
Where things start getting exciting - I feed my starter!
Now things are in full swing - I am prepping all the doughs and preparing packaging. Yay!
Very early start - I am baking off the doughs, and packaging them to order.
I then will meet you all at the pickup spot and hand you your bread!
You are eating delicious sourdough (and maybe even sharing with someone you know!)
