Hillbilly’s Story

Hillbilly Bread Co. started with a simple (yet crazy) belief - good bread is made slowly, with care, and by someone who really gives a damn.

After training professionally at the San Francisco Baking Institute, I wanted to create something more rooted and close to home - bread that feels nourishing and intentional.

My dream is to create a community supported by naturally leavened, wholesome bread. Every single loaf purchased supports that dream, and pushes me to create better and better sourdough every day.
